I went for a consultation about nose surgery, and the interior gave off a feeling that it was not really like a hospital. There were surprisingly many patients there. I did not know whether they were there for consultations or to check their progress after surgery. I said I wanted to cancel because I would pay the deposit, go consult elsewhere, and then decide again, but the coordinator said that was not possible, which caught me off guard. In the end I was able to get a full refund after they got in touch a few days later, but at the time they refused to cancel the payment, which was confusing and surprising.
