By 3 months, the swelling was almost all gone, so after 3 months it hasn’t gone down any further from here, and it’s been continuing normally.
During surgery, the doctor said that if I had surgery without an implant, a slight hump could remain (I agreed to the surgery knowing that from the start), so I was nervous, but once all the swelling went down, there’s only a very slight hump that you have to look closely to notice.
But with a hump at this level, I actually think it looks more natural on men, so I’m satisfied haha
They say that after surgery, you need to lose weight for the outer appearance of the nose to change completely dramatically, but I’ve been busy living life, so losing weight failed (..)
I raised the nasal tip with an autologous septal support graft. (Did not use ear cartilage)
