For bulbous nose surgery, I had ear cartilage + columella lowering + nostril reduction + cartilage tying + nasal tip elevation, without any implant! It’s only day 9, and the swelling is gradually going down! They didn’t pack it with anything like cotton, but I’ve had sinusitis from the start, so it’s completely blocked, I can’t taste anything, and now it’s only occasionally open On the first day, I think I just took medicine and slept! At one week, I had the splint and stitches removed, and the swelling was enormous There was no bruising, but the oiliness and swelling.... whew...
