I had nose surgery when I was 20, and after about 6 years it started drooping downward, and the bulbous nose correction also didn't work, so I had revision surgery. About 6 months after that, contracture developed and I got an upturned nose,, In the end, I was going to have a third surgery, but I went with donated rib cartilage.. It's now day 3 since I had it done I'm so worried about when the splint comes off..
