yunvely I think it would be better to do the philtrum reduction first? Your nose turned out well, but it could get messed up by the philtrum reduction!

yunvely When I went for a rhinoplasty consultation this time, the manager said that more people than expected come in with a crooked columella because of philtrum reduction. Doing them together might be okay too!!
