I am living a genuinely new life after revision surgery for my upturned nose!! My nose was my biggest facial insecurity. I had previously had my alar rim lifted and my nostrils reduced elsewhere, but from the front my nostrils were fully visible and it looked like a pig nose T_T. I was stressed because my nose was small and upturned, and another clinic had said it could not be improved further, so I went to [Clinic A]. The director took one look at my condition and recommended autologous costal cartilage!! In the end, I had a skin graft for nostril lowering and short-nose correction, along with slightly lowering the nasion and lowering the columella!! I was very worried about using autologous rib cartilage, but I am satisfied with the result at this level haha. A nose they said could not be fixed changed this much, and it gives me an indescribable sense of relief in one corner of my heart.
