I had basically done everything possible to my eyes..? My eyes are naturally very small, like buttonholes.. Even after incisional double-eyelid surgery, medial canthoplasty, upper canthoplasty, and ptosis correction, they somehow still looked closed-in... But opening the inner corners more seemed excessive and like it would ruin the harmony of my face... I wondered if lower and lateral canthoplasty was the only answer, searched around, found a place that looked okay, and went for a consultation.. [Clinic A].. I work from home, so I got the consultation almost the next day.. I already knew my outer corners could not be opened much, and my priority was a natural result. The doctor also said it would be done naturally, so I asked if surgery was possible that day.... It may sound crazy, but I had surgery that very day.. I guess I just got impulsive.... The surgery finished quickly. That day it throbbed and felt tight, but now, a little over two weeks later, there is none of that at all, except for a slight foreign-body sensation when I close my eyes tightly? They say lower and lateral canthoplasty can return within a week... I was worried about that, but on the day the stitches were removed, the doctor looked at my face and said that even after healing to some extent, the shape would mostly remain, so I am relieved for now. It is a small difference, but selfies look good and I am extremely satisfied these days.... I will only know for sure as time passes, but for now I am so, so satisfied... Yeah... I should have done it sooner... That is how I feel.... I do not think I will touch my eyes again because they are just right now.
