Earlier this year, I had lower-eye fat repositioning at [Clinic A], and after seeing it, my mom must have wanted it too.. I had already reached the stable phase and was satisfied, so I took her for a consultation. Since she is approaching seventy, we naturally went thinking about lower blepharoplasty, but the doctor said it would be better to combine it with a midface lift. By extending the dissection from the lower blepharoplasty incision down beneath the eyes, it was possible to add a midface lift to the lower blepharoplasty. My mom had wrinkles extending downward from beneath the eye bags, so after hearing the explanation, we agreed it would be better to do them together. The surgery proceeded smoothly, and although I was initially worried because the surgical area was extensive, it has already been three weeks. At first, she had trouble making facial expressions because of tightness and soreness, and she said she felt foreign-body sensation and dryness, but now her expressions are gradually becoming more natural and only slight bruising remains. It still feels a little unfamiliar, so we need to watch it for another two or three months, but the thick bulges and wrinkles beneath my mom’s eyes have become neat and smooth. I am glad to see it, and she is happy too, so I feel it was right to have her do it. I am uploading photos together for reference during recovery ^^
