Dark Cheekbone Review

It’s been 3 months since I had a surgery called dark cheekbone reduction, where they reduce the cheekbones by shaving the zygomatic bone without an osteotomy. The 45-degree cheekbones improved a lot, but the effect on the posterior cheekbones isn’t that significant. It seems like they made an incision in the same area used for lateral canthoplasty, cutting it as if with scissors, then inserted a burr inside to shave the bone. Afterward, I developed slight eye drooping, similar to after lower canthoplasty. Since it wasn’t an osteotomy, I was able to chew rice even on the day of surgery, and sleeping on my side has been fine, but I’m disappointed about the posterior cheekbones.
