About 10 years ago, when I was really young, I had under-eye fat removal (I had bulging fat bags under my eyes since birth, like Kim Sae-ron). I was satisfied with it the whole time after that, but recently when I smile, my under-eyes look hollow, and I get wrinkles under only one eye, and when I take photos, shadows form under my eyes like half-moons when I smile In cases like this, do people do repositioning + fat grafting together?

와리가리슈 Under-eye work and fat transfer can be done together. A consultation at a hospital will be more accurate.
