The biggest advantage, in my opinion, was that it is a one-doctor clinic. It was not a place where multiple directors rotated through appointments; instead, one director personally took responsibility from the first consultation through surgery and all follow-up checks, and that built trust. Also, there was almost no waiting time, much less than I expected, so the overall process felt comfortable and relaxed. During the consultation, the director quickly picked up the direction I wanted and what I was worried about, and explained confidently which surgical approach would be best, which gave me trust. What I liked was that it felt like they were thinking about the direction that suited my face, rather than just making a blanket recommendation. Honestly, the price was a bit higher compared with other hospitals. So I did worry at first, but after the consultation I could feel the skill and sense of responsibility, and in the end I decided to trust them and go ahead with surgery. In the end, the surgery went well and I am still satisfied now. It did cost a bit more, but when I think about the result, I have no regrets at all. Overall, from consultation to surgery and aftercare, it was a satisfying experience.
