Among the directors I consulted with, this one was the kindest and explained things very professionally. They did not just explain everything positively; they also honestly said what would not be possible. The estimate was cheaper than I expected, which I liked. They said an L-shaped implant or anything attached behind it is absolutely not possible, so I am thinking about whether to have surgery here T_T In any case, I plan to look for more reviews before deciding.
