Mentor Extra, 3-month review

Now that I am 3 months out from surgery, my breasts have become more comfortable and the texture feels much better as well. The breast shape is still not fully natural yet, but just like with other surgeries, I know I need to watch it for more than a year before it settles into the most beautiful shape for me, so I am not impatient about the current shape. For other people who are having surgery too, I do not think you need to worry too much or get too anxious just because the breast shape does not look natural yet. Now I can sleep on my side without any problem, and sometimes I even forget that I have implants because they have become so naturally familiar, almost like part of my body. That said, over the past 3 months there were occasional throbbing pains as the breasts settled and softened, but it was not uncomfortable enough to interfere with daily life. Also, one of the goals of the surgery was balancing my upper and lower body, and that seems to have been achieved to some extent, so I am satisfied. On top of that, an unexpected benefit of the breast surgery is that it motivates me to exercise so I can feel even more satisfied with my body.
