I had breast augmentation using Mentor Extra with an inframammary incision from Dr. Ryu, who does the waterdrop shape. Since I had a slight asymmetry in both breasts, I had different volumes placed, 375 cc and 350 cc, as the doctor recommended, and I really think it was the right choice for my body type haha. At first I worried the shape would look awkward because of the swelling, but as the major swelling went down, both sides naturally balanced out and the overall breast line settled beautifully! What I'm happiest about is that as time passes and the tissue relaxes, I can feel the texture becoming softer and smoother. It seems like it'll become even more natural, which I'm looking forward to haha. I've also been consistently caring for the inframammary scar with ointment, and based on the progress so far, I'm satisfied with everything overall, from implant selection to surgery results to aftercare :)
