I had nose surgery in my early 20s with Gore-Tex + ear cartilage using an open approach, and had been living fine, but around the 10-year mark, suddenly, without any warning signs, my nose became inflamed. The hospital name had changed to ㄱㅇ Plastic Surgery. Still, I thought I should go to where the doctor who performed my surgery was, so I visited. Even though I was an old patient whose chart was no longer there, they said inflammation should be removed right away and told me not to worry. They scheduled surgery for me that same day, so I had it removed on the day I visited.
The removal was so much simpler than I expected that I was surprised, and they said to focus on treating the inflammation, take medication, and monitor the condition.
