On day 15 after surgery where they slightly shaved my dorsal hump and raised my nasal tip with septal cartilage, I had the tied cartilage and everything else removed. My nasal tip is still hard. I think the shape is at a level where I don't have to worry about it much. I'm trying to forget about it, going to work and making an effort. I still haven't gotten out of the shock and regret, so I'm always trying to control my mindset...

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
