The consultant was extremely, extremely kind and really empathetic. Her tone was also gentle. But I don't think she could pinpoint my nose in a very professional way. The director was quite firm. They recommended doing it naturally. The director also joked around, and since I looked nervous, I liked that they tried to make the atmosphere more comfortable. The consultant was kind, but I think I would have preferred it if someone with a bit more expertise had handled it..
