I had a nose with crooked silicone and a columella that stuck out way too long because of a bad nose surgery, and after the consultation I had revision surgery. They lowered the bridge between the eyes appropriately and raised the tip of the nose, so it became the pretty shape I wanted. If I hadn't said I had surgery, almost nobody would have known, and before, the implant used to bend inside my nose and poke out, but that problem was also improved.
