Maybe because the director specializes in ENT, it was nice to be able to get consultation on the functional aspects of my nose too. Of course, my nose wasn't one that needed functional surgery, but it was still nice to be able to ask about things I had been curious about for a long time, and even though it wasn't part of the surgery, they answered kindly. Because it was my first surgery, there were parts I didn't fully understand, but I was glad they explained things in an easy way.
