I only went for a nose consultation. It was a place I went to after learning I had rhinitis, so I asked about that too. They seemed a bit reluctant to do rhinitis surgery... But the director was kind. After the consultation, the manager called to check once more whether I had any questions and whether I wanted surgery, and it was not burdensome at all and she was kind.
