First of all, last October I had only rhinitis surgery at a clinic in Gangnam that is both an ENT and plastic surgery clinic, the one where my two older sisters had their surgeries.
Revision surgery review: During the rhinitis surgery, the nose apparently collapsed? They said they put cartilage into the tip, but in the end it became a hump nose, so without any additional cost, at the end of this November they redid it with ear cartilage, Gore-Tex I think? that, and donated cartilage. But it ended up looking almost the same as before, after the rhinitis surgery when it had become hump-shaped... The director said that if it does not go well, I may have to have it done again..ㅋㅋㅠㅠ I went in for rhinitis surgery and still cannot even do the pig-nose thing, damn.
Daily life after rhinitis surgery review: To cut to the point, it is incredibly refreshing. But it seems that surgery for rhinitis does not necessarily mean your nose will never get blocked. Even if you rinse and take care of it, it still gets blocked. Still, it is much better than not having done it.
Things that were hard when I had rhinitis surgery and revision surgery: On the day of surgery, other people were saying things like, "It is a little uncomfortable~," but for me it was extremely uncomfortable. The pain aside, when you get it done the first time, the inside of the nose is packed with gauze, so you can only breathe through your mouth. My lips were so swollen they looked like they had been stung by a hornet, and because I had to eat porridge with my mouth and breathe only through my mouth, I nearly suffocated while eating,ㅋㅋ I almost died from how hard it was. And because my lips were swollen and kept drying out, please bring lip balm too. And every time I swallowed, my throat hurt, and I had to keep drinking water, but since I could not breathe through my nose, I would be like haah, haah while drinking, then drink again, ㅋㅋ.. I had surgery twice, and both times I hardly slept at all on the day of surgery, and could not sleep. I was so stuffy that I was discharged the next day, and at home I could hardly sleep either. And the swelling gets even worse on days 2 to 3 than on the day of surgery, and around days 3 to 4 you start getting used to it a bit and can sleep. But it is still uncomfortable. After that, about a week later, they remove the splint and take out the dried blood clots and mucus inside, and from that moment an all-over body shiver of refreshment arrives.ㅋㅋ When they took it out, I honestly let out an exclamation without meaning to.
In conclusion, I recommend rhinitis surgery as a procedure, but I do not want to recommend having it done at ㅈㅇx. My purpose in going to the hospital was not to see how friendly they were, so I do not really want to recommend it. I suggest looking elsewhere. Of course, results can vary from person to person, so do not take this as 100% absolute; just use it as reference.@
