There was a bit of a wait compared with the consultation reservation time. The manager and the director were both kind and explained the surgical method well! But maybe because it is also a place that does functional procedures as well, being an ENT specialist and all..(?) they recommended nasal surgery for rhinitis. Still, there was no pressure at all, and they were kind.
