This was the clinic I visited while getting quotes for my second nose surgery. The consultation was first done by the office manager, who recommended functional rhinoplasty, but I said I wouldn’t do it for now. After the director came in, they also took a look inside my nose, said I had rhinitis, and then immediately started consulting about the shape of my nose. The director said they prefer a natural line, and I also didn’t want anything that looked obviously surgical, so that part seemed to match well. They consulted me about surgery to make an incision inside the nostrils and lift the nostrils upward, and using the septum to raise the tip while using silicone for the bridge. After the consultation with the director ended, I talked with the office manager again, and they were very considerate about the pricing and responded kindly, which I liked. However, they said they would put in silicone by a certain number of millimeters, but they didn’t show me with a mock-up or anything how much the nose would actually rise, so I felt a little disappointed about that.
