After my first surgery with the septum, the tip of my nose sagged too much, so I looked into it and had it redone here. They recommended lowering the glabella and using ear cartilage. Afterward, the nostrils became very noticeably uneven. I just figured it was because the nose had become higher, and the clinic said the same thing (it wasn’t even this bad when it was high right after the first surgery). The side profile was very satisfying. But starting around the second month, as the overall swelling went down, my nasal bridge also started to become crooked. I was really tormented by anxiety, but around the fifth month it looked fine externally, and around the sixth month it became to the point that others wouldn’t notice unless I said something, but when viewed from below, the nostrils were more uneven than before, and the bridge looked slightly crooked. I called the manager often in between because I was anxious, and they responded well and were kind. I had the revision surgery at another place, but the staff were kind, and they carefully provided things like waterproof bandages and pumpkin juice after surgery.
