First of all, the consultation manager was kind. But I felt like the person sitting at the counter was a bit unfriendly. The doctor seemed like someone with a very clear idea of the nose shape he wanted. It was nice that they said they could make rhinitis surgery eligible for insurance reimbursement. But the explanation about the surgery was a bit lacking.
