Before the consultation, another patient was complaining, so I went into the consultation already with my trust lowered... During the consultation, both the manager and the doctor kept going in and out to deal with that person.. the conversation kept getting interrupted, and then they went straight to talking about the price. It was one of the clinics I had expected a lot from, but out of all the places with expensive pricing, it was the worst.
