There were so many people. So it was hard to make a reservation too. The director didn’t explain things well, which was disappointing. Even when I asked questions, he answered half-heartedly. I felt like the ten-thousand-won consultation fee was wasted. There are several consultation rooms lined up, and the director visits each room in turn. So the wait is long. You can hear everything being said in the next room, and each consultation basically says the same things. The manager was very good. She was explaining everything the director failed to explain by herself. If you file for reimbursement, it seems cheaper than other places, so that part was nice.
