Wow, why is it so hard to add photos and write a review in this community.. It took foreverㅋㅋㅋㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I lost what I was writing once, so I had a mental breakdown; the post might be a bit all over the place..
A nose that had already been operated on once..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Going to Seoul felt too far and too exhausting, so even though there was a place I liked, I just had it done locally. And then my nose became crooked and the nasal tip drooped..!!!!! Is there anyone whose nose became crooked after using septal cartilage in the first surgery? Why did mine become crookedㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ The line itself was high, but strangely it was high from the middle, and the nasal tip dropped sharply too.. an Avatar noseㅠㅠ
From the side, it felt like this..?!! Do you understand what I mean by an Avatar noseㅋㅋㅋㅠㅠㅠ I didn’t know during the consultation, and the director told me after surgery that a 4 mm silicone implant had been placed with the glabella high and the nasal tip low. I also had a hump, so they were going to shave it down, but it seemed like it might create a hole, so they only rasped it..
Because the nasal tip had fallen too much, they said it needed to be lifted firmly with costal cartilage, so two pieces of costal cartilage were used. There isn’t anything uncomfortable or anything just because two pieces were used. After having revision surgery, I really understood why people say to use costal cartilage.. The nose really does lift!! My nose was crooked and I had some nasal obstruction too, but after doing spreader grafting?? that also improved a bit. They said my nose looked crooked because the inside of my face is asymmetric, but now I don’t really feel like it looks crooked.
It wasn’t as bad as the first surgery, but after the revision surgery, I went home, was eating porridge, and threw up,,,, It was so hard that I absolutely, absolutely don’t want a third surgery, so please, nose, turn out wellㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ That’s what I thought, and I feel like it was pretty successful, don’t you think..?
