At the time, I went in for revision surgery because the silicone was showing and the tip of my nose looked sharp and exposed. At first, because of swelling, it seemed okay, but once the swelling went down later, nothing had changed. I really never want to have surgery again, but since it is showing again now, if I do not have surgery it seems like it will get worse, so I am stuck unable to choose either way.
