I liked the surgical method, the doctor, and how kind the manager was, and it was nice that they told me everything I needed to know before I even asked. But because I worry a lot, I asked about CCTV too, and with a somewhat stiff and firm tone, they said viewing CCTV was absolutely not allowed, which caught me off guard a little. The facilities seemed okay overall. Because it's a place where I can trust an ENT doctor with functional issues, that part seems good.
