I have a retracted columella and drooping alae. At another clinic, I was diagnosed with a bulbous nose and told that I would need septal extension grafting. Septal extension surgery felt burdensome, so I was looking around at other clinics and got a consultation with Director Hwang Se-hwi at Sain. First, when I entered the consultation room, the director carefully observed my nose and drew a sketch, haha. Then the director talked about a surgical method that preserves the nose's original structure and stability as much as possible, rather than doing septal extension surgery, while mentioning vector concepts and such, haha. In my case, since I'm still young, he said it would be fine not to go for a major surgery and instead just do a simple closed procedure with ear cartilage grafting to lower the columella and correct the alae. I was a bit impressed by the director's honest approach, where he pointed out only the necessary parts and considered stability and long-term perspective, so I booked surgery right away. I'll post a review with photos after the surgery~ I think it's a clinic worth consulting at least once, whether it's your first surgery or a revision surgery.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
