I had surgery using the septum. Two years later, the tip of my nose was completely absorbed, my nose collapsed into a saddle nose, and I got inflammation, so I removed the silicone and had the tip done again with ear cartilage, and later I just had a third surgery at another hospital The first shape, when the swelling was still really puffy, was the prettiest, and people say that only that moment was pretty.. And recently I went in just to lift the alar sidewalls, but my nostrils became insanely thick I wish they had told me about that beforehand... A friend of mine had it done too, and her nostrils thickened as well, so in the end she had nostril reduction with an external incision at another hospital I am also going to have nostril reduction at another hospital soon..
