The consultation manager is kind. I wanted surgery without an implant, but the director recommended using silicone. He said it wasn't something absolutely necessary and that my opinion was the most important, so I got a quote for surgery using only cartilage without silicone. I didn't get a CT scan, but after looking inside my nose, they said I had a deviated septum and told me to have that corrected at the same time.
