I had three-part (four-part) facial contouring surgery with Dr. Lee Kyung-min at ID Hospital on March 24: cheekbones, square jaw, chin advancement, and cortical bone removal. After facial contouring surgery, people around me said I would look almost like a monster for up to a month, so I was worried, but the swelling was severe only until about 2 weeks. After that, it kept going down quickly, and now that I’m 3 months post-op, the lines are gradually starting to show. I went ahead with it because I was introduced by a consultant manager I know at another hospital, and one older acquaintance of mine had also had surgery with Dr. Lee Kyung-min, so I trusted him. I really like a doll-like line, a dramatic line, and a flashy face shape where the square jaw angle is almost at the level of a very tapered jaw, and since Dr. Lee Kyung-min specializes in dramatic lines, I’m satisfied with the result too. My lower face was quite developed, so I thought it probably couldn’t be reduced much, but my chin length was reduced by about 1 cm and my square jaw is almost gone, so I saw good effects from both the front and side... The cheekbones are the only part that was slightly disappointing because I developed sinusitis and had a hard time (I think this happened because I drank alcohol 3 weeks after surgeryㅠ), but now that 3 months have passed, the cheekbones have completely disappeared and the swelling is down too. If you like a dramatic doll-like line, I recommend looking for Dr. Lee Kyung-min and getting a consultation.
