I had a consultation after watching a YouTube video of someone who successfully fixed contracture nose. About an hour of consultation with the director. If they only answered what you asked, the consultation couldn't have gone on that long. They explained everything in detail. Before I even spoke, they immediately pointed out what my concerns were and suggested surgery methods that matched them. I trust that they would be good at lowering a nose that has contracted, since they're famous for contracture nose, and the director was very kind and humane.
