Review of my first nose surgery with Director Noh Bong-il at Glovi
Somehow, it has already been a month and a half since my first nose surgery.
(On January 29, I had the nasal bridge done with FitMe silicone 2 mm, the nasal tip with a septal support graft and ear cartilage for definition, osteotomy, and nasal dorsum refinement.)
Last week, I went in for my one-month progress check, and the director said the tissue around the glabella and nasal tip is still swollen, so the swelling will keep going down steadily! I also feel like on some days the swelling goes down and it looks a bit slimmer, while on other days it looks more swollen, so I think I still need to wait and see.
The incision scar I was most worried about is less visible than I expected, and I’m applying ointment while waiting for the redness to disappear quickly.
I still have to wash my face gently and be careful when sleeping, so there are definitely countless inconveniences... But after getting my nose done, more than anything, my mouth looks like it protrudes less and my overall impression looks different, so my satisfaction is high.
