I felt reassured that he would treat and check things right away. But separate from how he actually handles things, he isn’t the kind of director who smiles warmly and reassures you, so I think people may misunderstand him as being unfriendly. (Like, “Let’s take a quick look! Hmm, let’s just watch this for now, yeah, yeah, and let’s get an injection once, yeah, yeah” -> it’s kind of like that)
