I'm looking into revision surgery for a split nasal bridge (open roof), a crooked nose tip, asymmetrical nostrils, a depressed columella scar, and an overly upturned nose tip. In consultations for revision surgery at other hospitals, they said the nose tip could still be improved, but the split nasal roof can't be helped. It seems like they did a simple surgery in a very one-dimensional way. I get suicidal impulses dozens of times a day... I just want to turn back time, please.
