I had surgery about 7 years ago. They inserted an L-shaped implant, and I think it was Gore-Tex? Silitex? At another hospital they recommended a septoplasty because they said my nose was bent, but I was young and thought it sounded too dangerous, so I went with the L-shaped surgery. Now, because of that side effect, the implant is protruding... I remember the consultation being kind. I do not plan to have revision surgery here.
