I made an advance consultation appointment for a revision eye surgery and met with the director first. The director explained things calmly, but it wasn't a detailed consultation, so it ended quickly. The manager came in afterward and answered questions about the price and whatever else I asked. The manager consultation was fairly standard, and the price seemed to be in the middle range compared with other clinics.
