First of all, the manager was kind during the consultation. But it was very obvious they wanted me to decide on surgery quickly, and there was nothing overly pushy. The director was blunt, but not in an unfriendly way; he really only said exactly what needed to be said. He answered only the questions I asked. He didn't really explain things on his own. He measured the length and size of my eyes, told me how far they would open them if I got canthoplasty, and when shaping the eye-correction surgery line (I already had a double eyelid), I said I wanted a slightly thicker, more glamorous line than the one I already had. Then he said it would end up thicker than I wanted after surgery, so he made it thinner than I asked for. That was a little disappointing, but it looks natural and is fine. For the nose, I discussed rhinitis (the director is not an ENT specialist) plus the tip of the nose, and he said it would be better to raise the tip and also add height to the bridge too (because my bridge was too low), so I agreed. First, the eye surgery was done under local anesthesia, then the nose surgery under sedation. All the staff were very kind, and they made injections and stitch removal as painless as possible.
After the surgery, I actually like the wonder canthoplasty more than I expected. The canthoplasty was expensive compared with other clinics, but my eyes got longer vertically and the outer corners went down a little, so I'm satisfied. My nose used to be a slightly bulbous, low, small nose, but now it's generally thinner and higher in a natural way. It looks like a nose edited by a beauty app? My rhinitis also improved. I'll have to see over the long term, but the blockage from the deviated septum got better, so I'm satisfied for now. I was going to have the rhinitis surgery anyway along with the nose surgery, so I'm satisfied, but still, it would have been better if there had been a specialist hospital.
