The director was kind and nice~~ I'm not sure about the counter staff.. It felt like they were handling things a bit carelessly... The hospital facilities are nice too. When I had the surgery, it really hurt a lot, but I'm satisfied with the result~ There is some scarring, but they take good care of you afterward~~
