I had a non-face-to-face consultation. From the reviews, it seems several people were hurt by the expensive consultation fee and the direct, brief consultation. In that sense, I'm glad I had the remote consultation. I spent a week thinking it over and submitted detailed questions I wanted to know about, and they explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand based on that. They also accept follow-up questions.
