Some famous places have at least one staff member or director who is unfriendly, but here, I think everyone was kind. When you say it’s a breast consultation, I thought they would just recommend implants, give a simple explanation, and that would be it, but they evaluated things systematically and consulted very thoroughly, so I was surprised. The consultation with the director was good too, but when consulting with the manager about the cost, I naturally thought they would recommend the most expensive implants. Instead, they said the pros and cons are different, and it didn’t feel like they were singling out and pushing one specific option.
