The director listened well and gave a calm, gentle consultation. I talked about a full D cup, but considering my rib cage size, he recommended up to a full C as the size that would come out nicely, and they also did a good virtual breast shape simulation and implant sizer try-on. I only had a consultation for now, but it felt more like a university hospital professor than a Gangnam plastic surgery clinic. For the implant, I decided to proceed with Mentor Xtra based on shape and feel.
