It was my first surgery about 10 years ago, so I didn’t know anything. I thought big hospitals were good at surgery, so I didn’t go to many consultations, just booked it impulsively and had the surgery, and I still regret it.. After surgery, I was left with epicanthoplasty scars and my double eyelids completely came undone, so when I went back for AS, their response was very disappointing. The manager said there was nothing they could do because my eyes were difficult to operate on, and while showing me my before photos, spoke as if I should be satisfied because they had gotten bigger than before. (They got bigger by a truly tiny amount) When I said I wanted to have it done by the head director, I waited 40-50 minutes and the consultation ended in 3 minutes? They looked very busy. At the time, 2 million won wasn’t exactly cheap, but they said if I wanted the head director to do it, I had to pay another 1 million won. In the end, I only got revision incisional double-eyelid surgery from the same doctor who originally did it, and it came undone again. The aftercare response was far too poor.
