Review 3 years after nose surgery

It’s been a little over 3 years since the surgery. I wanted it to look natural, so at the time I decided it was a clinic famous(?) for doing natural results and went there. Fortunately, so far I’ve had no inflammation or contracture, and no functional problems. Occasionally I had coldness or tingling at the nasal tip, so I went to the clinic, but they said there was no problem. Cosmetically, I only wanted to do the nasal tip, but all the clinics I consulted recommended putting in at least a little silicone, so I did. At first they mentioned 2 mm, so I felt at ease, but after the surgery, when I heard the explanation, they said they had put in 4 mm. Because of my personality, I couldn’t even argueㅠㅠ They said it was because of swelling and that it would lower a lot, so I just kept saying yes, yes, and it ended like that. Even now, because the starting point of my glabella is high and it made my face look masculine, I’m considering revision surgery. Originally, my columella was a bit droopy, but it wasn’t an arrow-shaped nose, you know? Now when I smile, it becomes an arrow-shaped nose that droops downward in a pointy way, so I can’t even smile properlyㅠ It looks like a witch nose.... I want to improve at least this. Later, when I went to another clinic for a revision consultation, they said the nasal tip muscle (depressor muscle??) was pulling severely and that it would be good to cut it, but I haven’t been able to go yet because I don’t have time. I’m debating whether to do a full revision since I’m doing it anyway, or remove the silicone and just cut the nasal tip muscle.
