There was some cost involved and there were many people, so there was a bit of a wait, but I thought that meant it was popular, so it wasn’t bad. First of all, the director was kind, and they didn’t recommend anything beyond exactly the areas I mentioned. They also showed me many before-and-after photos, so it was helpful as a reference for how things usually improve.
