I went for a facelift consultation with my mom. First of all, it was impressive how the director made it possible for my mom to take the lead in the consultation. At first, I thought they were cutting me off, but they said that wasn’t it; they wanted to communicate directly with my mother to understand what areas were uncomfortable for her and what she personally wanted to improve. My mom tends to speak a bit quietly, and I also liked that they perked up their ears and made an effort to listen to what my mom was saying. They explained the incision areas and the entire recovery period step by step, and out of consideration for my mom, they even recommended recording the consultation. They said she might forget the consultation details, so she could record it and listen again later. My mom also said she had received a considerate and thorough consultation.
