I had a consultation for nose surgery. I had it with a director who apparently does a lot of nose surgeries these days, and their style somehow felt very trustworthy, so I went without big expectations but came back interested. They explained things while directly palpating the area and gave a thorough consultation, asking if I had any more questions. The consultation manager was also very kind and good.
